I fully agree. When I did an educational evaluation of several Houston
schools several years, I had the misfortune of listening to him at a
hearing. I came away with the impression that he cannot even tie his own
shoes without help. Remember this is a person who managed to average a C+ in
grad school. They give those averages out for good attendance.
