i'm not getting on you Marlon, however, the definitions were not benign,
they were all derogatory, except for the hey old .... but even that has
implications given the other definitions.
I'll ask my boyfriend what he thinks, he is originally from England.

I thought that's the whole point of this conversation. Things mean
different things here (U.S) and there (U.K.).
I know I wouldn't walk up to any woman and say "Hey old c*nt how are
you doing?", but that's because I live here.
