don't ask my sexual pref.

I think the EEOC REQUIRES employers to maintain records on the ethnic
background
(race) of their employees, in order to be able to audit them for equal
opportunity reasons.  Employers are not required to maintain records of
sexual
orientation of their employees.

Come to think of it, that makes it very hard to determine if one is being
stalked or the other person is just trying to be friends. LOL.
