Don't forget - Bush had no Washington experience and also had a horrible record as Governor of Texas.  Texas had one of the worst education systems in the country, for example.  None of this stopped people from voting for him.

Bush's record for the past 3.5 years has been no better.

  OK.  What does it say when his most fervent supporters either don't know his
  record or could care less?  At what point is the devil you know better then
  the one you don't?  What is the cost in lives if Kerry turns about to be an
  ineffectual leader?
