Yes and no. The OLDEST information on this plot is 4 years old. But some of
the photos and intelligence and planning for these attacks are just a few
months old. So it is still an active plan.

Just heard this morning on NPR that that pakistani "intelligence" being used
to justify the increased security around certain establishments in the NY
area comes from information that is four years old.
I have not had time to corroborate this.
