I think the box should be modified so that when it has reached a certain threshold of bad driving behavior, it automatically pulls the person over and shuts off the car for a period of time.
Or better yet, the box automatically shuts down the car when it detects cellular signals being sent or received from inside the car.
That invasion on OTHER peoples' privacy would be well worth MY piece of mind :)
