I love my pocketPC.
Even my four-year old Jornada 568 can play full screen movies, MP3/WMA and
(with add-in cards) do Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
There are four models hitting this fall with VGA screens, both CF and SD
slots and dual Bluetooth/Wi-Fi built in. From your specs however you're
limited in storage capacity - you'll only see as much storage on these as
will fit on a CF hard disk (ipod mini sizes - 4 or 6 gig or so).
I use a Gigabyte CF card in mine - with WMA I can store several dozen albums
or four or five full-length movies. It would be nice to have my entire
collection on the thing at once, but with that much space it's not a
necessity.
But I think you're either going to get lots of functionality and not much
storage or lots of storage and not much functionality.
