Kevin,

Thanks.  Yes I'm not to sure that you can run a successful business by
charges $2 per person per month.  That means you would need at least 2000
subs to just pay your system admin, assuming that his pay comes out to
about $4000 a month.  And with more users you have to pay a higher charge
in bandwidth used.  I don't think this can be someone's core business
unless you offer something that others don't.
