Yeah, maybe the more interesting thing is a secondary lawsuit against
Fox regardless of how the primary is decided.  The secondary suit
could be based on how Fox has treated the plantiff since the suit was
filed.

For example, I've heard that Mr. O'Reilly used his show to denigrate
the plantiff.  She could argue that Fox is a "hostile workplace" since
it allowed Mr. O'Reilly airtime to comment on the case when it should
be neutral.

This may turn out to be a really interesting case ...
