I'm getting a lot of 404's via the Live Headers plugin for mozilla These resulted in 404's
GET /Assets/CTs/HeaderHeader_SiteMap_Lo.gif HTTP/1.1 http://www.firstnight.org/Assets/CTs/HeaderHeader_AboutUs_Ov.gif http://www.firstnight.org/Assets/CTs/HeaderHeader_NewYears_Lo.gif http://www.firstnight.org/Assets/CTs/HeaderHeader_NewYears_Hi.gif http://www.firstnight.org/Assets/CTs/HeaderHeader_NewYears_Ov.gif etc.... That probably is part of the slowdown.
