Yes. Talk about ignorant. I've a relative who is very bright but has been fooled by the Kerry campaign that Bush would reinstate the draft. I was very surprised to think anyone, especially someone who is educated, would think that any president would reinstate the draft. The military doesn't want it, need it, and can't use it.
So those Dem's out there who accuse Bush of creating fear to win should check out their own candidate.
