On a serious note, you honestly have nothing to worry about. The chances of actually getting inhaled Anthrax from 'white powdery stuff' is next to none. And all other forms are readily and easily treated with antibiotics. Since this DID happen in your building, to prevent yourself worrying unnecessarily, go see your family doctor, tell him what happened, and ask him to put you on a course of Cipro or similar drug.
