Somewhat, but I still say the issue is, shouldn't the Pentgon know
immediately what happened at Al Qaqaa? That is, if the IAEA tagged
this site and the US knew about it, doesn't the fact that nobody can
really account for the HE say it all?

For example, let's say you go to the bank and ask to withdraw your
money. The teller says, "we know at one point we were aware of your
money, and there's things to suggest you may have withdrawn it
earlier, but right now we really don't know where it is."

And then 4 days later a teller shows up and says, "I do remember his
money and I did move some of it, but I don't know anything else
besides that."

Wouldn't that indicate that the bank has a policy problem?

That's my point, the fact that the Pentagon can't account for what
happened at this IAEA tagged site tells me there's a policy problem.
