The Pentagon held a briefing yesterday to suggest that some of this material at least was removed by American troops. The major they brought to the briefing looked mortified, as if he was there under orders, but refused under questioning from reporters to assert that the materials his troops removed was the same material the IAEA referred to. He said he did not recall any seals.....
So to my mind this amounts to maybe and probably not.
