We did this here in Boston, which has led me to go out much more often than I used to.
The unintended downside is that you absolutely cannot walk down any street anymore without getting smoked out. Every doorway has 5-10 people clustered around it, puffing away at all times of the day. At least when they were in the bars, I could decide to not go in them, and thus avoid the horrible smoke. (Cigarette smoke makes me physically ill. Shortness of breath, dizzyness, sever headache.) I know there are several other cities that have this already. I am looking forward to when it's implemented, but only for the purely selfish reason that I'll want to go to bars to see my husband play again. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Special thanks to the CF Community Suite Gold Sponsor - CFHosting.net http://www.cfhosting.net Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:136384 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
