That's my concern as well.  I really don't mind what a person does to his or 
her self.  But, when they get behind the wheel of a car, or engage in other 
dangerous behavior, they are not just risking themselves any more are they.
And much of our current policy, as enacted in real cases, is way too lenient in 
my mind.  

It just really frustrates me when you hear case after case of the DUI 
perpetrator who kills people in an accident.  And that they are repeat 
offenders who have been caught several times, maybe even have their license 
revoked.  I mean, if drinking lowers ones judgment so that they will attempt to 
operate a vehicle while intoxicated, will not having a license really matter 
that much to them.
