I don't see anyone pointing out that the guy Artest attacked STILL HAD A CUP IN HIS HAND.
He was not the guy that threw the cup. (The guy that threw the cup was wearing a white shirt) That alone is enough for Artest to get thrown out on his keister, in my mind.
