Okay, let me clarify. At this time in my life, I would estimate that of the people I know only about 2% use illegal drugs. When I was younger, that number was higher and some of the people that I know now who don't partake did experiment a little when they were younger.
I was just surprised by Tony's perception that everybody is doing it since it is counter to my own experiences.
