i can understand kevin, im sure it different in all places. but it just strikes me as crazy that... i would seriously say, a good 60% of the people i know, and not just my friends i see on a weekly basis, but of all the people i know, that about 60% partake. now, how many on a daily/weekly/monthly/when its around/new years eve only, basis, is another determination...
