Car payment should be 3000 a year which gets you a 15K POS.  I drive a 
15K POS so I know what a POS 15k cars are.

That means you get to save 14.3K a year.  That is not out of the realm 
of possibility but you have to be really really really frugal to save 
that much on 65K.
