Yes, yes it does. On the other hand, the job of the secret service is to
investigate anything they see as a real or potential threat to the
presidents life. They're not stopping you from speaking, just making sure
it's just speech.
And yes, I do call him President. It's his title and job. If/when that
changes I'll alter my language, but until then he's got the position (for
the next 4 years).
