I did download both HUGE ZIP Files for Oracle 9i from there
totalling almost a GIG in size. When I ran the setup from Disk 1, it 
indicated it
was not a valid Win32 executable.

That was ealier today and I tried it from home (Damn glad I have DSL),
and the same issue.

I am trying to download Oracle 10g now and see if that will be any 
different.
