He called an actual employee live on the air. And by the way he was a
morning show guy at the time. I did hear it and was appalled.

But maybe that's the difference; I haven't heard the tsunami song.
Even if it made to reference to race it would still be an attempt to
find humor in a lot of deaths and  maybe that's why it made me think
of the Howard Stern bit.
