When rebuilding a computer, I *always* delete all partitions, except
utility partitions created by the manufacturer, then format and
reinstall from scratch. That is sure to remove everything from previous
installs.

Is it pneumonia? I take it you went to the doc?

We'd actually just figured out that it was motherboard drivers that we
needed. (Aaron actually found a blog about it - go Aaron!) So, tis
working again. Yee ha.

By the way, Kevin, I'm holding off on installing the new harddrive till
you're around, though I did flash the bios successfully (go me!).

But, oddly enough - Aaron just called to say that a bunch of the stuff
from the c:program files/ didn't get wiped out in the reinstall - what's
up with that?
