I may have met that guy. During college when I was pulling all nighters, I'd take a break around 3 or 4 am and go to a 24 hour diner. There was one guy who sounded exactly like it, except it was Brian Mulrooney instead of Maggie Thatcher. Just having that guy go off on his rants was one of the few things that sustained me through my honours thesis.
