I guess the thing that's disturbing to me is that, between Blake and Peterson, Blake seemed much more guilty: 1.) The night of the murder he was with her and witnessed just before and just after the murder! 2.) The night of the murder he admits to having and was witnessed possessing a gun! 3.) He'd tried to hire hitmen to kill her! The evidence against Peterson seems much more nebulous by comparison. There was nothing that physically tied him to the murder or even a murder site, nor was any weapon ever found, nor was he proven to be in vicinity of her near her time of death. Some of the other arguments are just plain goofy like, "what guy drives 1-1/2 hours to fish for 40 minutes on Christmas Eve?" I've seen MUCH worse for fishing! That doesn't mean I don't think he's innocent but beyond a *reasonable* doubt? Not to me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:150832 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
