I love them. They are dee-licious. I really like Tetleys. The 14.9 oz cans
with the widgets. Does this beer compare with what I could get in a pub
across the pond? I just tried another kind last night. Old Speckled Hen.
It's not as rich as Tetleys is, but was still pretty good. Ive also had
Boddingtons in the same big can. Are there others in the big cans that
anyone can recommend?

If I like these would I like the pub ales over there?

God I want to go there. Sandie and I have talked about after the kids are
grown, going over there. Mostly I'd like to just go to a couple of pubs and
just get some fish and chips. Not really interested in seeing the historical
sites. Well maybe stonehenge and try to find out some info on my family.
Although they came to the US before the revolution, so I think any info will
be near impossible to locate.

Just thought I'd post about my love for those neat widget cans.

Oh BTW, do you guys drink them in frosted pint glasses (I do), or do you use
room temp glasses? What's the school of thought on this. I know guinness for
sure is in room temp glasses.

thanks.
