Most beer is served cold but some are served out of the cask and flat. Worthington's is an excellent pint from the cask or from gravity feed. Swisher I think they call it, when done right makes the best beer. If near Cardiff try Brains Bitter, my favorite. Some popular spots in the south are ilfacume (have no idea how to spell or pronounce this), Bath and Temby. Oh and if you need a break from the ales and want a lager go with Carlings.
