You can sync the data to a PC and then back to the phone. I think you may have to buy the app to do this unless you got a CD with either phone. I know my wife's 4900 has the capability but she never uses it that way. She only uses it to make calls. Go figure.
Just call everyone with the old phone and tell them to call you tomorrow. Then, tonight switch the number to the new phone.
