http://packetnews.com/search.php?type=0&kw=doctor+who if you open it in ie click the packet number it will open your irc client & connectto approriate server. then just Ctrl-V in chanel text window & you should be cued up.
would rather use firefox to check packetnews, but the copy link functiondosnt work.
