We were using iMail (still am on a couple boxes) and whilst I am used to iMail - the features on the hosting package SmartTools has (email, stats, helpdesk) is much much nicer so our datacenter switched us. It also has webmail, which is a must have. I am not sure on the pricing though because it's all included as part of our managed service.
We don't use any of the heavy duty features like running lists - so I can't really say anything about that. I know that's a bit vague - but if you are really interested I could set you up an account to play with on a SmarterTools box ...
