The only thing I would say is to monitor your fat loss, not your weight
loss. You don't want to end up like Jared the subway guy who is just a
skinnier fat guy. I stopped using the scale a long time ago. Get some body
fat calipars and check once a month, that will ensure you are losing fat and
not muscle. Remember, muscle burns more fat so you want to preserve it, if
not add to it!

Seriously though, losing weight is the hardest thing ever so congrats for
your progress thus far. .5 - 1 lb per week is a great goal. The less you
lose and the slower you lose it, the longer you keep it off!
