Yeah, that also has the most painfull moment in movie history, when the 
Inquisitor lops off William Wallace's boys with that sickel-looking thing.

I'd have to say my pick for best moment is in Braveheart just before they are 
about to finish William Wallace off, as the axe is coming down he screams 
"FREEDOM!!!" and he looks into the crowd and sees his wife (who had been killed 
earlier). She smiles at him, knowing that they are together once again. He 
drops the cloth used in their private marriage to bind them together.
