No, it's usually the stupid stuff like: We stored the box of oily rags by the fuse box because those fuses get oily. Unfortunately that was the same room we also stored the hydrogen and oxygen tanks in which happened to be right next to the room we stored the nuclear waste in. The lightning stike shorted the fuse box which started a fire which blew up the hydrogen which spread radioactive dust over most of Marseilles.
