Thanks, I've saved your e-mail for future use, but I believe I was able to 
achieve the same results by layering white|black squares over a canvas of a 
given color and changing the saturation levels of the layer with the properties 
frame|tab|doda, what ever you call all the various things hanging around the 
drawing area. 

So not the real question; what is "Hue," "Saturation," and "Luminosity" and how 
do they effect a color in layman's terms?
