Yes, I have that and was going to suggest it but you beat me to it.  It's
great when you have a process that is locking up the machine and Task
Manager is useless.  Process Explorer can find it and shut it down.  We used
SysInternal's products when I worked at MS for troubleshooting.  RegMon and
FileMon are awesome.

They have an app called handlex, although I think its been renamed to
something like process explorer.  Basically lists all the processes
running on your machine, listing handles open etc.... pretty neat tool
