On NPR they were talking with a terrorism specialist and referred to
this claim of credit. He was very cautious about it. He didn't say it
wasn't true, but did say that they didn't know if the group was even
real.

He was also very carefully not calling the attacks terrorism yet. He
said they certainly fit a pattern, but that we don't know anything
more than that. You could tell he was working under the assumption
that it probably is a terrorist attack, but he was being very
professional about jumping to conclusions.
