He's got a 1200 sq ft addition going on to his house this summer, so that is taken care of. We've got 4 motorcycles in various stages of assembly in the garage. He's got a '64 galaxy that is sitting bare-metal in the garage, waiting for the paint booth to be completed. The tree fort is probably 2 years off by the current plan. But it is going to be a killer little house!
