The Helipad is against the HOA rules so that got nixed good suggestion though! Most of the suggestions we are going though, hold the hardwood floors and the uber crazy HVAC system, the security is all included. Call me old fashioned or nieve whatever but I think securirty systems are just overdueing it. I come from a home where we didn;t even have to lock our doors at night. Besided just down the road are Half million + houses who'd want to break in to my punny home thats not even worth 1/4 a mill?
