Well - for me it's not an "upgrade" since I don't have an XBox currently - but I still might. Part of me REALLY wants one... another part of me is REALLY disappointed about several things. The latter part is mostly concerned with launch line up... there's just not a whole heck of a lot there for me - and what IS there for me I'll probably get on the PC anyway (it just plain seems weird to play "Quake" on a console). But if the launch line-up solidifies a bit more I'll be there... but I'm getting more and more to agree with those people saying this system is really "XBox 1.5"...
