Well, if they let us go whenever we want, it'll be some weekend in October, as my folks head south to Arizona at the end of October, and we want them to watch our wee one whilst we go. How's the weather out there in October?
Dry, the rains don't start until the end of November or later (sometimes as late as February). But you will want light cover-ups for Morning and Evening. Even in the summer the ocean breezes and fog can keep SF fairly cool. By late fall, it will be down right chilly when the sun is not shining high and bright. If you have never been, I think you will have a lot of fun.
