Well you could always go the other way with it and criticise the
administration for a space policy that's too agressive.  They want to
visit the Moon again, and Mars, and  in the Winter 2005 U.S. Space
Command journal they advocate seizing control of the LaGrange points
before other nations do it:

Complaining about the administration is fun when you are willing to
shift your argument in any direction in order to make your point!
