They won't be able to manipulate it....but they WILL try to spin it. The koolaid red-heads will just nod and say "thanks for clarifying it!"....but the rest of us will still have a document to look at and say "wait a second....that's bullsh*t!"
The best case scenario, of course, is for the "victory" articles of this document to actually come to fruition....at which point the democrats will probably try some spin of their own....but i'll still have my document!!! > You are right, but it does create documentation.
