Yes New Yorkers are loud and abrupt but that doesn't stop them from being human. In true Big Daddy style I was roller blading in Central Park, forgot how to break and slammed my head into the rather hard surface below. Within seconds several people had come to my help, called an ambulance and stayed around until till I got my sorry ass deleviered to the hospital. For the most part the people I have met who are from the states are good people, just like most people on this planet.
