Absolutely not. If you didn't sign an NDA you can say whatever you want.
If the employer was stupid enough to allow you even to enter the office for
even a day and not get to you sign an NDA he deserves to have his trade
secrets revealed (not that anyone would want them.. unless it was 'how NOT
to run a business' secrets).

Unless the agreement is in writing and signed by you, you haven't agreed NOT
to disclose information.
By not having you sign an DNA he/she is effectively given you a green light
to talk... That's the whole idea of an DNA. It's an agreement smart
employers have prospective employees sign even before they come to an
agreement regard the specifics of a work contract.
