postscript to my last point: That is of course limited to talking writing etc... It would be a different story if you walked out with a disc with software on it... but you would not be restricted in terms of being able to talk about the software.... i.e. fully describe it right down to the fine lines of code... you just couldn't 'take' the software literally as that is their intellectual property.
