I've been using it longer... but it really came into it's own in 10.

It's solid, attractive and feature-rich. The only major complaint I would
have is that there's no option for an MDI interface. Sometimes when I'm
watching a movie I would like to just pause it and bring up another window
to see something.

I would also like "bookmarking" (remembering where I stopped a file and
giving me the option to start it there again) but that's more a request for
the Pocket PC version (where I listen to a lot of podcasts and audio books).

And for the script-kiddy in you it's scriptable via WSH. ;^) I wrote a
simple script to create playlists for every album compatible with my Pocket
PC.
