AFAIK there is no jury in this case. just a judge, who apparently has
already dismissed the case previously.
It's funny, I remember years ago debating the actual historical
existence of Christ, the Holy Family, and even Casca Rufio Longinus,
the unfortunate Roman legionnaire cursed by Christ to walk the earth
until the second coming ("Soldier, as you are, you shall remain, until
we meet again").
But then, it was a Catholic school religion class, so academic debate
was the order of the day and and posits wouldn't stand up the the
scrutiny of the "nuh-uh" mentality and gainsay arguments so popular
today...
