Missing shingles, old shingles, mold. I'm not seeing winner here. Based on
the houses I looked at when I did the quicky search, it seems like this
house is overpriced for the amount of work it needs. I'd expect it to have
been maintained better than it has been. It's your first house - if you're
going fixer-upper, you should be getting a real steal of a price. Otherwise,
you probably want to go with something relatively move-in ready.
