I'm not suggesting that this is the morally correct thing to do, I'm putting this on your level: it's what people would actually do in real life.
Let me ask a question: how many are living on welfare and.or at the poverty level? What would happen today if the welfare system were removed completely? It's a catalyst for catastrophe. Think of LA after Rodney King.
